A Director of Business Development is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and creating strategic relationships with the business and technology management at prospective clients. The ideal candidate will identify, approach, and develop potential top-tier, key clients and lead the sales effort while being committed to quality and a team-based approach to problem solving. Empathy and the ability to understand a client’s business problems is a key to success.
A director of business development will be the first to establish a relationship with potential customers. A true hunter with strategic selling skills; the director of business development is expected to uncover projects, understand current business strategies, and provide solutions to potential clients.
Business development directors are dynamic presenters with the ability to demonstrate the value and appeal of EffectiveUI services and quickly identify client pain points and articulate with the team an approach to solve those problems.
