iPhone Software Developer

EffectiveUI is looking for an inquisitive and creative engineer to enhance device software capabilities.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a work environment that requires strong problem solving skills and independent self-direction, coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication. The candidate will also have extensive experience in a fast-paced and innovative development environment.

Required Skills:

• Strong programming skills, preferably with Objective-C and/or Perl
• Excellent written and oral skills in English, ideally including experience giving presentations, teaching, or providing written reports
• Prior professional iPhone development experience
• Object-oriented programming, analysis and design experience
• Minimum of 3 years of development experience in a professional environment

Nice to have skills:

• Experience with databases, ideally including schema design and query optimization
• Experience with Android, Flash, Flex, J2EE, and/or .Net
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
